Sr. Director of Solutions Product Management - Healthcare

Iron Mountain's Digital Business Unit is a leading provider of innovative digital solutions in the financial services, energy, healthcare, and government market segments. We're looking for a Sr. Director of Solutions Product Management - Healthcare who will be responsible for building innovative digital solutions for our global healthcare customer base.

An ideal candidate for this role must be a passionate, team-oriented problem solver who approaches the role with a general manager mentality, waking up every day thinking about the strategy, vision, and growth of our healthcare business. You possess exceptional product management skills, a deep understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS), and a proven track record of driving customer-led product innovation and growth. You will build and lead a team of talented product managers to develop and deliver solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities across the globe. Our ideal candidate has a bias for action and results, and will not quit until the job is done.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership: You own the product and solution strategy, vision, and roadmap for the global healthcare business. You wake up every day responsible for building innovative offerings that meet your customers' needs. You partner with commercial sales and the leadership team to drive growth, and are accountable to meet this year and future years' targets.
  • Strategic Leadership : You define and execute a multi-year product and solutions strategy for the healthcare vertical, aligning with customer input, company goals, and market trends. You drive innovation and differentiation to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
  • Product Development : You lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of our clients and align with regional requirements, industry regulations, and standards.
  • Market Analysis : You and your team conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. You use insights to inform roadmap decisions and prioritize feature development.
  • Financial Acumen : You are comfortable aligning with Sales on multi-year forecasts, skilled in researching TAM/SAM/SOM, capable of building region-specific software and services pricing, and able to collaborate with Finance on a multi-year P&L.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : You're able to gain tight alignment with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
  • Client Engagement : You build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and identify opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation.
  • Team Leadership : You hire and develop the best talent so that you're able to achieve your strategic outcomes. You guide, support, and mentor your team, supporting their professional development while empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Product Evangelism : You serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for our healthcare products and solutions around the globe. You represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our products and thought leadership.

Experience & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in the healthcare technology space ( you're an acknowledged industry expert )
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, and experience with SaaS and cloud software, and gen.AI.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ( 8+ years experience managing and coaching product managers. )
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative 0 to 1 products to market and driving revenue growth.
  • Significant experience defining and launching software in the B2B space.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Confident and articulate verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communications.
  • You work independently, but also know when to ask for help.
  • Product skills: Requirements, prioritization models, JIRA Epics and Stories, product marketing, and global product launches.
