About the Role:

This position is responsible for minimizing the impact of business operations by efficiently managing incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and driving root cause analysis and corrective action procedures for high-impact incidents.

Responsibilities include:
  • Minimizing business operation disruptions through effective incident management.
  • Ensuring timely incident escalation and resolution within agreed-upon SLAs.
  • Driving thorough root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for critical incidents.
  • Maintaining open communication with key stakeholders and preparing detailed incident reports.
  • Mentoring junior team members, identifying areas for improvement, and promoting best practices.
  • Collaborating with the Change Management team to ensure application or product availability.


Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This remuneration package reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field of incident management and recovery expertise.

The base salary will be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
