Job Summary:

The Affiliate Relations Coordinator will be responsible for managing network communication and relations with 7 networks and 100+ affiliates. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve emergency situations in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and manage Network communication and relations with 7 networks and 100+ affiliates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve emergency situations using SOPs in a timely fashion
  • Keep updated records of contacts
  • Ability to react to evolving situations while managing multiple tasks
  • TV Cable research analysis
  • Build strong relationships with local affiliate points of contact
  • Ability to work internally with department heads
Requirements:
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working with multiple channels / networks
  • Computer skills including Microsoft office, spreadsheets, email communication
  • Experience in Quickbase, Excel and S&P Global is preferred
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks on a deadline
