Job Summary:The Affiliate Relations Coordinator will be responsible for managing network communication and relations with 7 networks and 100+ affiliates. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve emergency situations in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist and manage Network communication and relations with 7 networks and 100+ affiliates
- Troubleshoot and resolve emergency situations using SOPs in a timely fashion
- Keep updated records of contacts
- Ability to react to evolving situations while managing multiple tasks
- TV Cable research analysis
- Build strong relationships with local affiliate points of contact
- Ability to work internally with department heads
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working with multiple channels / networks
- Computer skills including Microsoft office, spreadsheets, email communication
- Experience in Quickbase, Excel and S&P Global is preferred
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks on a deadline
