Role Summary:
We are seeking a Member Support Representative who will play a crucial role in facilitating service empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting Lions members through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Address inquiries related to Lions-facing websites, such as MyLion mobile, Real-time Reports, MyLCI, and others.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations for issues concerning software usage, club administration, or supply orders.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of e-Store procedures for ordering and returning items.
- Guide users through technical troubleshooting processes for our software.
- Provide valuable resources and information to Lions members actively engaged in service.
- Maintain clear communication with users while accurately documenting interactions in ticketing software.
- Create and update manuals, user guides, FAQ documents, and standard responses for common inquiries.
- Assist with member inquiries related to programs managed by the Member Service Center.
- Exhibit strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service capacity.
- Preferred experience of one to two years in a technical customer service role.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines.
- Proven skills in troubleshooting browser, Android, or mobile software issues.
