About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Coach to join our team at EMyth. As a Business Development Coach, you will be responsible for selling EMyth Coaching Programs by engaging small business owners in candid conversations designed to give them an experience of the realities of their business and their own leadership limitations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage small business owners in conversations to understand their business needs and goals
  • Use the EMyth Perspective to lead prospects to an aha moment, showing them what's possible for their businesses when they shift their thinking
  • Sell EMyth Coaching Programs to small business owners
  • Work independently and manage yourself productively

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus sales commission up to $75,000-$110,000

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business, marketing and/or organizational development
  • Experience as a small business owner or member of a small business family is an advantage but not required
  • Basic proficiency using technology and apps
  • A quiet, professional home-office environment
