Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at North Pacific Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating hotel room sales across all market segments, focusing on group business and negotiated volume accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new group business and negotiated volume accounts
  • Provide quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales process
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of group events
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
  • Support and train sales staff as needed
  • Participate in sales strategy meetings and local industry events
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hotel sales, particularly in group business and NVA management
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
