Senior Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at North Pacific Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on group business and negotiated volume accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless execution of group events.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth, developing strategies to maximize sales in the Ashland market.
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Team Support and Development: Support and train sales staff as needed, participating in sales strategy meetings and local industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in hotel sales, particularly in group business and NVA management.
  • Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office suite, with a strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
