Senior Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at North Pacific Management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on group business and negotiated volume accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless execution of group events.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth, developing strategies to maximize sales in the Ashland market.
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Team Support and Development: Support and train sales staff as needed, participating in sales strategy meetings and local industry events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in hotel sales, particularly in group business and NVA management.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in sales management software and MS Office suite.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred, with familiarity with Ashland's tourism industry and local attractions a plus.
