Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead digital planning and implementation processes for multiple Business Units.
  • Partner with digital strategy senior managers and directors to create digital vision, thought leadership, and emerging digital capability roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop and integrate digital media strategies aligned with overall Business Unit vision and strategy.
  • Provide actionable insights from digital strategy scorecards and adjust digital plans accordingly.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and outcomes to ensure readiness for new product launches, digital campaigns, and annual digital strategy planning.
  • Function as a liaison to Business and IT partners to stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
  • Develop and deliver new digital capabilities, change management, and upskill the organization digitally while coaching and managing a team of digital experts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA a plus.
  • 8+ years related experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or social media.
  • Solid track record of developing and leading high-performing teams and broad digital programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with previous community management and copywriting experience preferred.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
