Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for coordinating survey work, providing guidance on survey plans and drawings, and reviewing and signing survey drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate survey work with technicians, drafters, and other disciplines as required.
  • Provide guidance in the preparation of survey plans and drawings.
  • Review and sign survey drawings.
  • Write and/or review legal descriptions and other survey documents.
  • May analyze client needs and prepare technical proposals.
  • Manage survey staff and projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in surveying preferred.
  • PLS license in NJ.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in the surveying field.
  • Drive and motivation to succeed.
What We Offer:
