Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with your colleagues to be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders and product details.

Assist in investigating and resolving customer issues promptly.

Perform various administrative tasks, including generating reports, entering orders, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.

Guarantee that order processing is accurate and adheres to regulatory standards for all associated companies and partners.

Work as a cohesive unit to improve processes, address challenges, and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Support Sales Representatives by providing necessary information to facilitate closing deals and fostering long-term relationships.

What You Will Bring:

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in order processing or sales support within a customer care environment, emphasizing customer relationship management.

Proficiency in handling a wide range of customer inquiries, including complex and non-routine issues.

Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Sales Force, is advantageous.

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to recommend actions within your authority.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Dependability and accountability, along with a demonstration of core company values.

Strong follow-up skills for both internal and external inquiries.

Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

Experience in a call center environment (3 years preferred).

Background in customer service (3 years preferred).

Experience in order taking (3 years preferred).
