- Perform follow-up work with customers to secure valuable information and/or provide updated status when relevant to the situation.
- Timely communicate vital information or paperwork secured to the handling adjuster or unit management.
- Set high standards of performance for self and assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments and tasks.
- Relate in a positive, respectful way with all associates and demonstrate enthusiasm and support for the organization, its leaders and co-workers.
- Make sound, logical decisions that contribute to the organization's success.
- Adapt appropriately to differing styles and situations.
- Be engaged and focused on teamwork, participation, innovation, quality and positive outcomes.
- Utilize time management skills to effectively set priorities in order to achieve departmental goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate, able to assimilate to business applications on multiple platforms.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must successfully complete 90-day probationary period and other related training programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Bi-Lingual preferably English/Spanish.
- 1+ years of experience in the Auto Insurance Industry.
- Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
