Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the front desk team, implementing company programs, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. You will supervise and train front desk staff, respond to guests' special requests, needs, and concerns, and remain calm and alert during emergency situations. You will also comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our hotels are located in various parts of the country, with opportunities to advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Experience in supervising front desk staff and implementing company programs
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk
