Position Overview:

As a Luxury Guest Services Associate, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service and exclusive amenities to our esteemed clientele. You will play a vital role in supporting the marketing efforts of our establishment through outstanding guest interactions, telemarketing, and various assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Guest Engagement:**
Welcome guests and provide detailed information to our valued customers at the hotel or dedicated VIP Services desk.

2. **Reservation Management:**
Utilize the hotel reservation system to efficiently check guests in and out, as well as process payments.

3. **System Access:**
Access and manage the computerized slot and pit tracking systems as instructed by the marketing team or authorized management.

4. **Communication Skills:**
Exhibit proper phone etiquette and maintain effective communication with hotel services and team members.

5. **Event Support:**
Assist the marketing department with organizing special events, tournaments, and distributing VIP gifts, while hosting exclusive gatherings and tournament celebrations.

6. **Office Management:**
Operate fax and copier machines for the convenience of our preferred clientele.

7. **Data Entry:**
Accurately type and input information into spreadsheets with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

VIP Lounge Preparation:
Prepare the VIP Lounge by:
- Brewing coffee and stocking the refrigerator.
- Monitoring food and beverage supplies and notifying the kitchen for replenishments.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of work areas.

8. **Inventory Management:**
Maintain an inventory of amenities and office supplies to ensure seamless operations.

9. **Financial Acumen:**
Demonstrate the ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and audit accounts using a 10-key adding machine.

10. **Cash Handling:**
Accurately manage cash transactions following established protocols.

11. **Knowledge Base:**
Possess comprehensive knowledge of room rates, types, availability, daily instructions, hotel policies, and procedures.

12. **Telemarketing Assistance:**
Support telemarketing initiatives as directed by management.
