About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Specialist to join our team at IDEXX Laboratories. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the first point of contact between our company and our customers, providing exceptional support and service to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and our laboratory services, providing information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, troubleshooting problems and communicating solutions effectively.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding customer support and service.
