Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their parts needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their parts needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Parts Sales and Support: Identify and promote parts sales opportunities to customers, and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless parts sales and support processes.
  • Market and Promote PECO Products: Promote and market PECO products and services to customers, and work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Relative 2-year college degree or technical/diesel college graduate or relative military training program minimum.
  • Experience: 2+ years of college or 5+ years of utility/construction/mining equipment industry experience. Prior industry repair/maintenance shop management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Mid-level computer experience (MS Office, CRM series, DOS, etc.), positive personality, team player, problem solver, self-starter, outstanding integrity, superior communicator.
