  • Core Return Management: Issue Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) to customers for the return of cores.
  • Backorder Management: Send backorder lists to customers, update them as needed based on customer requests, and ensure timely communication regarding order status.
  • Warehouse Transfers: Oversee warehouse transfers, resolve any issues that arise during the transfer process, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Review picked stage tickets, verify accurate billing information, and follow up with relevant staff to ensure timely processing.
  • Warranty Claims: Assist in addressing warranty concerns and process warranty claims efficiently.
  • Financial Processing: Process check deposits received via mail or scanner, and notify the accounting department accordingly.
  • Returns Management: Process new part returns and ensure proper documentation and handling.
  • Payment Processing: Process credit card payments, complete shipping feedback, and inform accounts receivable about payment details.
  • Invoice Distribution: Provide invoices to customers who do not automatically receive them.
