  • Freight Dispatch: Dispatch freight to its final destination, confirming delivery and ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time.
  • Customer Profiles: Ensure that customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts, providing accurate and up-to-date information to our clients.
  • Support Operations: Provide support to operations as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, Outlook, and various PC-based software.
