Administrative Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to undertake various clerical tasks and ensure excellent service to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage directly with customers, providing professional and courteous service to guarantee a positive experience.
- Process payments and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate balancing of the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Handle incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team by performing tasks such as contacting customers, photocopying, faxing, and scanning as required.
- Relay customer requests and concerns to management effectively.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the business.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Proficient in using various computer systems.
- Possess a friendly demeanor and maintain a professional appearance.
