Position Overview

Service Champions is seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our esteemed team. Located at our headquarters, this role is essential in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service delivery. We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to our mission of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a significant volume of incoming calls while also making outbound calls to existing clients, ensuring high appointment booking rates.
  • Quickly assess client inquiries or issues, providing effective solutions and managing any escalations with professionalism.
  • Utilize critical thinking to address client problems, consistently exercising sound judgment to determine optimal resolutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our diverse range of products and services to better assist clients.
  • Accurately document client interactions and actions taken, all while managing multiple calls to minimize wait times.
  • Meet productivity benchmarks and quality standards established by the organization, adhering to prescribed call flows and scripts.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Experience in the HVAC and Plumbing sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent judgment skills for making informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SERVICE TITAN is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a valuable asset.
  • Successful completion of mandatory pre-employment drug screening and background checks is required.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit and use hands for typing and handling tasks.
  • Effective communication skills are essential, involving frequent speaking and listening to clients and colleagues.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
  • Vision capabilities must include close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.
