Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

Campaign Oversight:

Manage the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and the needs of the target audience.

Establish and nurture robust relationships with Korean influencers, industry experts, and community organizations to elevate brand reputation and expand reach across various social media platforms.

Collaborate closely with other departments, including product development, retail, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives are in sync with overall business goals.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, advertising, or communications.
Proven expertise in customer acquisition strategies tailored to achieve business objectives.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on engaging Korean customers or brand marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
Proficiency in the Korean language is essential.
Familiarity with Korean and Asian culinary and cosmetic products is preferred.
Experience with e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
Previous involvement in marketing for Korean-focused brands is an advantage.
