Insurance Sales Professional

At Taylormade Insurance Llc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized support to clients, understanding their unique requirements and preferences
* Conduct policy reviews, updating policies as needed to ensure clients have the right coverage
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell Allstate products, increasing revenue and enhancing client satisfaction
* Develop and implement strategies to generate new business through leads and referrals
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions
* Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license, demonstrating a commitment to professional development
Compensation Package:
* Competitive base salary, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience
