We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Client Relations Professional to join our team at The Colwell Law Group.
About the RoleThis is an on-site opportunity based in Albany, NY. As a Sales and Client Relations Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or web forms.
- Collect and accurately enter essential client information into our CRM system.
- Pre-screen potential clients to determine if their legal needs align with our practice areas and jurisdictions.
- Explain our services, pricing, and processes to prospective clients.
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations.
- Proactively follow up with leads to ensure a high show rate for consultations.
- Track and manage leads through each stage of the sales funnel.
- Schedule consultations based on client needs and availability.
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure clients receive necessary communication.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our database.
- Generate reports on lead activity, show, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Client Relations Managers and administrative staff to ensure smooth transitions.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client intake roles, preferably within a legal setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with legal services or prior experience working in a law firm is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A self-starter with a goal-driven mindset.
The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% matching contribution, and more.
