Job SummaryWe are seeking an Ambitious Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building relationships with top stylists and barbers, identifying opportunities to grow our business, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hairstylists and barbers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform your sales approach
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty or grooming industry
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
- Monthly bonuses based on individual performance
