Responsibilities:- Building strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Conducting policy reviews and updating policies as needed
- Cross-selling Allstate products to existing customers
- Prospecting for new business through referrals and leads
- Providing accurate quotes and processing payments efficiently
- A Property & Casualty license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
