Job Title: Tax Office Manager

Liberty Tax Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our tax preparation offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Operations Management: Manage the daily operations of the tax preparation office, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor Office Performance: Monitor office performance metrics, including revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction, implementing strategies to improve efficiencies.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Recruit, train, and develop office staff, fostering a culture of customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies within the office.
  • Financial Management: Manage office budgets, closely monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures as needed.

  • Financial Management: Proficient in office management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Tax Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of relevant tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
