Job Responsibilities
:• Welcome and assist all visitors in a courteous and inviting manner, directing them to the appropriate office resources.
• Organize recruitment initiatives, career fairs, and related employer services on-site.
• Oversee management of online office technology applications.
• Handle logistics and execution of event planning.
• Coordinate both printed and digital career resource materials.
• Supervise annual data collection activities for the office.
• Aid in the coordination of cadet assistant responsibilities.
• Ensure confidentiality of student records in accordance with university policies and applicable laws.
• Manage incoming phone and email communications.
• Support office assessment initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in budget management, including budget calculation and reconciliation.
• Skills in organizing data and maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems.
• Ability to conduct research, summarize findings, and formulate recommendations.
• Competence in drafting correspondence and completing reports and forms.
• Capability to plan and organize administrative support for various programs and events.
Additional Considerations
• Completion of college-level coursework in accounting and business, or equivalent experience.
• Background in event management, including logistics and execution.
