Job Summary

As a Human Resources Coordinator with Compass Group Careers, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR functions of our organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee records, including personal data, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes in our HRIS system.
  • Coordinate employee relocation and ensure a seamless transition.
  • Process employment applications and assist with other employment activities.
  • Coordinate and process reference and background checks.
  • Prepare and distribute new hire offer letters and other candidate correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files.
  • Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain organization in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient computer skills with Windows-based office software, including MS Office products.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent 2+ years of related work experience.
