Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with daily tasks, assisting with weekly and bi-weekly payroll, and performing various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR team with daily tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, including timesheet review and approval.
  • Handle confidential data and information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Respond to internal employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including talent onboarding, report processing, and HRIS administration.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
