GERENTE ASISTENTE DE TIENDA

Buscamos líderes de tienda con experiencia y pasión por el servicio al cliente y la capacidad de impulsar ventas.

Los Gerentes Asistentes de Tienda son responsables de la operación diaria y el desarrollo de su tienda, incluyendo servicio al cliente, capacitación y desarrollo de todos los asociados de la tienda, gestión de mano de obra, control de inventario, protección de activos, reducción de pérdidas, condiciones de la tienda y gestión del rendimiento.

Giant Food tiene tres clasificaciones de Gerente Asistente de Tienda, que incluyen Gerente de Servicio al Cliente, Gerente de Productos No Perecederos y Gerente de Productos Perecederos.

Responsabilidades principales de los gerentes asistentes de tienda:

  • Planificar, implementar y dar seguimiento a los programas de ventas semanales.
  • Gestionar, controlar y rastrear la nómina y el presupuesto de la tienda, colaborando con la dirección para cumplir con las metas de ventas, ganancias, nómina y productividad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas y políticas de Giant, así como de las regulaciones locales, estatales y federales de alimentos, trabajo y seguridad.
  • Supervisar y liderar el equipo operativo, incluyendo gerentes de departamento y asociados.
  • Exponer a los asociados a tiempo parcial, gerentes de departamento y otros candidatos a gestión a otras áreas de habilidades; identificar líderes de equipo y candidatos internos prometedores.
  • Realizar recorridos por la tienda para evaluar las condiciones de la tienda en comparación con los estándares y responder en consecuencia.
  • Colaborar con la dirección de la tienda y asistir en todos los aspectos de las operaciones totales de la tienda, incluyendo: servicio al cliente, desarrollo de asociados, ventas, ganancias, nómina y metas de productividad.
  • Desarrollar una experiencia de compra positiva para el cliente y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Asegurar que la apariencia general de la tienda, la seguridad y la experiencia del cliente cumplan con los estándares y regulaciones de Giant Food.
  • Responder a las consultas de los clientes sobre mercancías y hacer recomendaciones apropiadas.
  • Asegurar la precisión de la señalización de la tienda.
  • Mantener los estándares de servicio al cliente de Giant.

Como Gerente de Servicio al Cliente, usted:

  • Gestionará las operaciones diarias de las áreas de Front End y Servicio al Cliente, así como la contratación y desarrollo.
  • Gestionará los registros de tiempo y asistencia de los asociados, programas de control de ausencias/tardanzas y cumplimiento de la ley laboral.
  • Involucrará a los asociados de la tienda y a los gerentes de departamento para cumplir con las metas de la tienda y de la empresa.

Como Gerente de Productos No Perecederos, usted:

  • Gestionará las operaciones diarias de los departamentos de Abarrotes, Lácteos, Congelados, HBC/GM y Recepción.
  • Asegurará la capacitación y desarrollo de todos los asociados de estos departamentos.

Como Gerente de Productos Perecederos, usted:

  • Gestionará las operaciones diarias de los departamentos de Carne, Mariscos, Delicatessen, Productos, Floral y Panadería.
  • Asegurará la capacitación y desarrollo de todos los asociados de estos departamentos.

Calificaciones preferidas:

  • Experiencia previa como Gerente Asistente de Tienda y/o Gerente de Tienda en una empresa de supermercado reconocida a nivel nacional o regional.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de personas, departamentos y/o tiendas completas.
  • Conocimiento en programación, pedidos, inventario, nómina, análisis de P&L, gestión de proyectos y gestión de personal.
