Administrative Coordinator for Donation Development

The Donation Development Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Donation Development Director and department managers in ensuring the smooth operation of the Donation Development departments. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support and ensure the highest level of quality service and outcome.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Donation Development Director and department managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Assist with the maintenance of the hospital agreements database and manage administrative projects in support of the Donation Development departments.
- Support the Hospital Development and Family Support Managers with tasks such as entering and maintaining staff schedules, handling follow-up tasks, and coordinating department hiring.
- Generate and distribute organ and tissue donation outcome communication, including hospital and tissue outcome letters, quarterly CMS reports, and LifeSaver awards.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications and General Administrative Support teams on the distribution of materials as needed.
- Participate in organizational workgroups, including the cross-functional Administrative Team cohort, and follow other instructions/directions as required.
- A minimum of 1 year of general administrative support or program coordination experience in an office environment.
- Experience in a healthcare environment or related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant work experience considered as a substitution for academic requirements.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or applicable medical or religious exemption required as a condition of employment.

CompensationThe pay range for this role is $34.15 hourly, with the possibility of compensation in addition to base pay in the form of overtime. LifeCenter Northwest is committed to providing equitable and competitive compensation to its employees.
