Donation Development Administrative Coordinator

Join LifeCenter Northwest as a Donation Development Administrative Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting the Donation Development Director and department Managers. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the highest level of quality service and outcome is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:- Assume responsibility for ongoing administrative support for the Donation Development Director, including calendar management, meeting support, document preparation, and travel coordination.
- Support the Hospital Development and Family Support Managers by entering, maintaining, and monitoring the Family Support staff schedule in Aladtec, handling follow-up tasks associated with Donor Registry Oppositions, and coordinating tasks to support department hiring.
- Provide onboarding support by scheduling new hires, tracking competency documents, and ordering materials as needed.
- Generate and assist with the distribution of organ and tissue donation outcome communication, including hospital and tissue outcome letters, quarterly CMS reports, and LifeSaver awards.
- Manage administrative projects in support of the Donation Development departments and partner with the Hospital Development Administrative Coordinator as needed.
- A minimum of 1 year of general administrative support or program coordination position in an office environment required.
- Experience in a health care environment or related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant work experience considered as a substitution for academic requirements.

- Paid holidays, 119 hours of PTO annually, Health Time Off hours, paid living donor leave, two weeks paid jury duty leave after 6 months of service, and three weeks of paid parental leave after one year of service.
The pay range for this role is $23.55 - $34.15 Hourly. This position is eligible for compensation in addition to the base pay in the form of overtime.
