About the Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, from interest to move-in, while working closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads.

You will partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports our Sales associates through a 3-week on-boarding & orientation program, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area.

Responsibilities
  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey
  • Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities.
