Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager to lead our high-volume sales teams and contribute to the success of our Tukwila location. As a key member of our management team, you'll work closely with the District Manager to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and optimize store operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and customer service standards
  • Partner with the Assistant Manager - Operations to resolve work problems and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in sales and operations, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
