Job Summary

The Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director to join our Administrative Services leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the department's business development processes and ensuring the effective administration of statewide contract activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement matters, correspondence control operations, property/fleet management programs, and overall administration of statewide contract activities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and improvement in the department's operations.
  • Collaborate with executive management to provide consultative and advisory expertise on business development processes.
  • Manage the department's multi-billion-dollar budget and ensure effective financial planning and management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and other government agencies.
