About the Role

Join Arrive Logistics, a leading transportation and technology company in North America, as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing new accounts, providing best-in-class service, and working closely with our team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new accounts in the small and medium-sized business categories, with opportunities to land larger accounts as you progress through the role.
  • Manage client relationships, introducing new clients to your portfolio and growing existing accounts through new service lines and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team and manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and establish rapport with peers, leaders, and clients.
  • Strong work ethic and a winning attitude, with a track record of achieving success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
