Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market

At EvenUp, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way injury law firms represent their clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer engagement plans to drive growth and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to increase revenue and customer value.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or JD is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
- Ability to travel within the United States up to 25%.
