We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our Commercial Business team as a Mid-Market Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, growing, and expanding under-penetrated mid-market accounts, driving revenue growth, and fueling Stripe's expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high-potential prospective users and develop effective prospecting strategies to generate leads that drive revenue growth in your territory.
  • Develop and implement scaled sales strategies for acquiring new customers and driving product adoption, net new product sales, and client retention at scale.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from business case development to close, and identify and understand users' pain points to propose Stripe solutions.
  • Own contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations to increase and retain existing customer revenue and Stripe market share.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve user pain points and improve our product.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing/sales role.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
  • Strong operational acumen and ability to manage high volumes and high velocity work.
  • Ability and motivation to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • A knack for working well with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
