Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Partner for the Mid-West region at SAP, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from their investments in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Work Environment:

This role offers flexibility within the Mid-West region, allowing you to engage with clients while contributing to a supportive team atmosphere that prioritizes learning and development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the successful adoption and ongoing utilization of SAP BTP solutions, including App Development, Integration, Data Analytics, and Automation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-signature, guiding them through onboarding, use-case identification, and project initiation.
  • Provide expert advice on architecture and governance, ensuring clients are well-supported throughout their journey.
  • Manage customer relationships post-launch, focusing on value realization and renewal negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Team Dynamics:

The BTP Customer Success team is dedicated to mutual support and success. We foster a culture of sharing best practices and leveraging communication tools to assist one another in achieving our goals.


Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across various domains such as Data Analytics, App Development, and Integration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, adapting to diverse business environments.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector, with backgrounds in Software Engineering, Project Management, or Customer Engagement preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud solutions and other leading cloud platforms is essential.
