We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Modigent. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients statewide in the directed markets. Your primary focus will be on creating and selling projects and services within the broad range of Pueblo Mechanical and Controls market deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Use all internal and external resources to position Pueblo Mechanical as the industry thought leader.
- Encourage a team selling environment that utilizes subject matter experts to provide unique and value-driven solutions to our customers.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned customers.
- Develop, present, and maintain Account Management plans for assigned customers.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and sales forecast information in the company CRM and other tools.
- Present products and services to existing and future customers.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service with external and internal customers.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and closing of sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposals to customers.
- Create detailed proposal documents and presentations.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' needs and requirements.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in the HVAC industry.
- Negotiate with customers, solve problems, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a deal.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication.
- Remain in frequent contact with customers to understand their needs.
- Attend internal and external conferences, training, meetings, and industry events.

This job operates in a professional office environment, on our customer's job sites, and remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, tablets, estimating, and CRM systems.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and regular hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; however, this position can regularly require long hours and frequent weekend work.
TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Education and ExperienceA college degree is preferred, but proven experience and industry experience will be taken into consideration. At least 10 years of identified HVAC market experience, commercial construction sales, or account management are required.
