Job Title: Business Development Director

The Business Development Director is a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and develop solutions to meet our clients' critical business strategies.

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Creating and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to clients

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of direct B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of new business development and revenue growth
  • Strong relationships with Fortune 1000 companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Four-year college degree preferred

Salary Information:

Base salary: $135,000 (non-negotiable) plus commissions. First year expected OTE: $200,000; second year and beyond: much higher OTE expected.
