Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Agent to join our team at North American Senior Benefits. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for expanding our business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients, developing and calculating suitable plans based on clients' needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Growth: Expand business reach through effective networking techniques and strategic partnerships.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate effectively, and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales strategies, marketing techniques, and financial analysis.
  • Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business needs.
