Job Title: Customer Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team at Quad, a leading provider of print and packaging solutions. As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and visits
  • Understand and meet customer needs and expectations by providing tailored solutions and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and projects
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and feedback to improve services and processes
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the print and packaging industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
