About the Role

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the Great Dane LLC team, responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Administer Staffing Programs
  • Work with Hiring Managers to Document Job Requirements
  • Determine Recruiting Sources and Promote the Company Image
  • Network and Build Client Relationships
  • Pre-Screen Resumes and Evaluate Candidate Profiles
  • Support Talent Strategy and Manage Candidate Experience
  • Utilize Technology for Applicant Tracking and Reporting
  • Develop Targeted Recruitment Strategies and Work with Agencies
  • Collect and Analyze Data to Inform Recruitment Decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or Relevant Field
  • 2+ Years of Recruiting Experience, with 5+ Years Preferred
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruiting Software
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Collect and Analyze Data
