About the Role

At LEO A DALY, we're seeking a highly skilled Architect II to join our team as a Design Transformation Specialist. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for transforming the built environment through innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Design Development: Develop and refine design concepts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, applying your knowledge to deliver innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with a strong background in architectural design and project management.
  • Registration: Architecture registration required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Sketch-Up, and Adobe Creative Suite/Bluebeam, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
