Senior Project Manager II - The Tsui Group

The Tsui Group is in search of a highly skilled and experienced professional for the role of Senior Project Manager II, responsible for overseeing the construction of educational facilities for a significant client in Los Angeles County. The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Providing oversight for construction activities
  • Addressing project-related challenges
  • Monitoring and enhancing project performance
  • Evaluating project advancements and modifications
  • Assisting in the planning of bids and contracts
  • Offering guidance and support across various project domains
  • Coordinating efforts with different organizational units
  • Establishing internal policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 17 years of full-time professional experience in project or construction management
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale programs
  • 5 years of experience in the construction of educational facilities or large commercial projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Design-Build projects
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Experience with LEED certified projects and/or Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS)
  • Knowledge of DSA construction/design processes

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience, with the completion of the CCM credential within one year.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $167,000-$172,000
