Position: Senior Project Manager II

Minimum Qualifications:
- 17 years of full-time, paid professional experience in project/construction management.
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale programs with projects exceeding $50 million in construction value.
- 5 years of experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Design Build projects.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects.
- Knowledge of Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
- Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field with the ability to obtain the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one year of employment.
- Or, extensive experience in Construction or Project Management with the ability to obtain the CCM credential within one year of employment.
- Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential at the time of application can substitute for educational requirements.
Preferred Licenses and Certifications:
- A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer in California.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with education and experience, ranging from $160K to $200K.
