Position: Senior Project Manager II

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 17 years of full-time professional experience in project or construction management.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale programs with projects exceeding $50 million in construction value.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Design-Build methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects.
  • Knowledge of Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes.

Educational Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.

OR

  • A bachelor's degree in any field, with the requirement to obtain the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one year of employment.

OR

  • Undergraduate education with over 20 years of relevant construction or project management experience, with the requirement to obtain the CCM credential within one year of employment.

OR

  • Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential at the time of application.

Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

  • A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer in California.

Compensation: Salary is dependent on education and experience, with a range of $160K to $200K.
