Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Designer II to contribute to the success of our projects. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for taking projects from conception to completion, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Participate in day-to-day project management, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  • Design and Documentation: Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and other documentation for contractors and permit agencies.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with engineering and design consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process project documents, acquire necessary permits, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an architecture firm, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential, hotel, hospitality, and interior architecture projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Sketchup & Enscape.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong passion for design, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
