We are currently seeking a Loan Syndications Agency Services Analyst to contribute to our operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Loan Syndications Group, lending teams, participant banks, and clients on agented transactions.
  • Provide support during Pre-Closing, Closing, and Post-Closing phases of agented transactions, ensuring timely fund disbursement as required.
  • Act as a liaison for the daily operations of the Agency Services Group, ensuring quality and efficiency in all service aspects.
  • Guide clients through the transaction process, serving as the intermediary between clients and syndications.
  • Manage transactions, renew contracts, and process through the system, obtaining pricing from credit agreements.
  • Work continuously with the Loan Syndications Group to assess the tasks and functions of the Agency Services Group, enhancing customer service for both internal and external partners.
  • Address and resolve issues collaboratively with team members to meet established objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in loan processing, loan operations, or credit analysis. A combination of education and experience may also fulfill these requirements.

Essential skills include:

  • Proficient understanding of lending operations, processing, documentation, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Wall Street Office is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to maintain effective relationships with clients, banks, internal lenders, and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on operational efficiency and goal achievement.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and creativity within established policies.
  • Customer-centric problem-solving approach.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to mentor or train junior staff.
  • Proficient in various software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
